CDC Program Philosophy

All children have the same basic needs.  They need love, comfort, nutritious food, and a supportive environment in which to grow and learn.  All children need caring adults to help them explore their world and discover the wonders of life; adults who encourage them to reach out to new challenges and people.  All children need to feel good about themselves, their families, their culture, and their accomplishments.
